Melissa Harris-Perry took Robert R. Jennings to task for his dangerous comments on sexual assault that surfaced on the Internet last week. Jennings issued a half-hearted apology wherein her emphasized the need for "personal responsibility" on his campus.

During his remarks at the All Women's Convocation back in September, Lincoln University President Robert R. Jennings expressed some troubling ideas about women and sexual assault.
