This Mother’s Day was extremely hard for natural hair guru and blogger, Taren Guy, who lost her mother ten years ago. During this difficult time she decided to meditate. She experienced what she describes as her first deep meditation where she felt her "higher self talking to her lower self."  In this vlog, she discusses how this experience has allowed her to heal and gain peace through understanding.
