The mother of missing 8-year-old Relisha Rudd spoke to NBC4 Washington about her daughter's disappearance. On March 1, Relisha disappeared with Kahlil Tatum who worked at the homeless shelter where Relisha, her mother, and her three siblings lived.
Police believe Tatum is armed. He was seen purchasing a shovel, trash bags, and lime a day after the girl was last seen.
Tatum is also wanted in the death of his wife, Andrea. Her body was found at an Oxon Hill Red Roof Inn last Thursday during the search for Relisha.
