92-Year-Old Josephine King Removed From Church for Not Tithing

After attending the First African Baptist Church in Bainbridge, Georgia for over 50 years, 92 year-old Josephine King was shocked to receive a letter of removal for not tithing.

King's nephew described the situation to local news reporters, noting the part greed played her and others being kicked out of the church. King received the letter of removal for not tithing and failing to show "constant and consistent financial and physical participation."
