Update: Black Women Thrown Off Train File Lawsuit Against Napa Valley Wine Train

This summer, a group of Black women were kicked off a Napa Valley Wine Train after another guest complained that they were laughing too loud. The women have now have filed a racial discrimination lawsuit, AP reports.

The lawsuit seeks $1 million each for the 11 women who were kicked of the train in August. The women say they were not only humiliated but also discriminated against when they were ordered off the train. The lawsuit says white passengers on the train who were being loud had not been asked to leave the train.

The train owners have hired a retired FBI agent to investigate the matter.
