Shanesha Taylor  has been custody of her children by an Arizona court.

The mother of two made headlines for leaving her children in a car while she was interviewing for a job when unable to find childcare. After her arrest in March, a judge ordered her children into care of family under the supervision of Child Protective Services and agreed to drop the charges against her after she completed a diversion program.

Shanesha Taylor sat down for her first interview since the news that she reached a deal with prosecutors in her child endangerment case. On the Today show, Taylor explained that she does not have custody of her children but sees them every weekend. She discussed the arrange with Matt Lauer, "We definitely have a lot of family time and do as many family activities as we can in a short two day period."
