CDC Reports First Ever Decline in Number of HIV Infections in Black Women

For the first time, the CDC is reporting a decline in the number of new Black women infected with HIV between 2008 and 2010 new HIV infections among black women decreased 21%. Black women, however, account for 60% of new infections for all women.
