Rachel Jeantel's key testimony in the trial of Trayvon Martin's killer George Zimmerman elicited a wide array of responses and criticisms of the 19 year-old. Throughout the trial, however, detractors focused more on her demeanor and appearance than the words she spoke.
Piers Morgan offered Jeantel the opportunity to speak for herself on his CNN talk show. Jeantel's honesty may ruffle a few feathers, but at least she gets to give voice to her truth.
