This weekend Kerry Washington became the 9th black woman in Saturday Night Live's history to host the comedy sketch show. The show's newest class of comedians features no people of color, and the shut out has prompted lots of criticism from viewers wondering about the shut out.

The SNL crew addressed the rumors head on with an opening skit where Washington transforms into the most visible Black women in the world. Watch out for the Reverend Al Sharpton.
