The Women of 'The View' Debate the Role of Fathers With Terry Crews


Father's Day has passed but debates about the roles and importance of fathers in children's lives continue. When Terry Crews stopped by 'The View' last week, he stirred up a bit of controversy with his views on the necessity of fathers in the lives of happy children. Crews argued, "There are some things that only a father can give you." He went on to say that only a father can instill confidence in a child: "He will be insecure until he finds one." Sherri Shepherd agreed, but both Whoopi Goldberg and Jenny McCarthy challenged the viewpoint.
