New British Web Series, 'Housemates,' Follows the Friendship of Five Twenty-Somethings

Created and directed by Monique Needham, Housemates was inspired by Monique’s real-life experiences. This ‘Friends’ meets ‘Girlfriends’ situational show, gives insight into the special bond of female friendship, through its individual characters. Housemates is relatable, funny and a conversation starter. Creator of the show Monique wanted to show characters that reflect her real life and also represent what is clearly missing from television at the moment.
