Nicki Minaj Tributes Maya Angelou with a Heartfelt Performance of "Still I Rise"

In case you didn't know, Nicki Minaj is an actress. Her talent for the theatrical shows itself often in her music and stage personas, and the Queens-native has made a couple of low key film appearances.

But we haven't seen Nicki utilize her skills quite like this. She recited Maya Angelou's classic poem "Still I Rise" at A&E's Shining A Light: A Concert for Progress on Race in America.

Nicki did a pretty good job and looked gorgeous as ever.
