Serena Williams Named Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year

Serena Williams is arguably the greatest athlete alive. In 2015, she's continued her reign of dominance, so it makes perfect sense that she was awarded Sports Illustrated's Sportsperson of the Year.

Serena continues to break barriers. She is the first woman to be awarded the title since 1983.

Serena missed out on a grand slam this year when she lost Roberta Vinci at the U.S. Open, but she did complete a Serena Slam, four consecutive Grand Slam titles.

Oh, well. Stay may.
